To all Team Managers/Coaches,

The Guam ACES (Athletes, Communities, Educators and Students), Organizing Committee of the 5th Guam Dragon Boat Invitational Thanksgiving Festival, sanctioned by the Guam Dragon Boat Federation (GDBF), cordially invites Dragon Boat Club Teams from other Countries including host Guam, to participate in the festival, which will be held at the Matapang Beach Park, Tumon, Guam from November 24-27,2023. This event is fully supported by Guam Visitors Bureau and its affiliates.
